Do you offer refunds?

Yes - Retold is happy to offer refunds for full price online purchases.

Please email us hello@retoldvintage.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request a refund.

Any request made outside this period will be EXCHANGE / CREDIT NOTE ONLY.

What are the terms and conditions?

All original Retold tags must still be attached for a return to be accepted and garments must be returned in the condition they were sent in.

Please note, Retold is not liable for any additional damage that incurs whilst the item is in your care and any marks / damage noted will be subject to a cleaning / repair fee on return and may affect the validity of the refund

How long do I have to return the item?

Due to being a small business we request you send the item back within 7 days of us approving the return. Any return received after this point will be issued as a credit note or exchange.

What if the item is part of a brand collaboration?

Returns will be based on the policy owned by the brand we are collaborating with and you should refer to their website for further details.

The item was on sale - can I still get a refund?

All sales are final on discounted archive and seasonal sale items and are non refundable or exchangeable

The condition of each individual item will vary so please shop responsibly and take the time to review photos and descriptions before committing to purchase. We are always happy to provide further measurements and photographs if required.

What if I purchased my item at a vintage fair or pop-up?

All sales at external events such as pop-ups / vintage fairs or markets are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. Once we have received the item back and it’s been checked, we will refund / credit you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs.

We advise to send on a fully tracked and signed return service.

International returns

Due to the increasing complexities with customs, duties and tariffs we are unable to accept refunds from International countries.
