We aim to process and post your order within 2-4 working days and we ship worldwide using Royal Mail.

UK Standard - £5.00 / Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 48hr service. Orders over £500 will be applicable for Free Shipping and despatched on a 24hr service. Charges will be automatically deducted at checkout.

Europe Tracked - £15.00 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service

Rest of the World Tracked (excluding USA) - £25.00 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service

USA Tracked - £25.00 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service

Next Day Delivery - on request.

How soon after despatch will i get my order?

UK orders are sent on a 48hr service and Royal Mail aim for you to receive it 2 working days after despatch. For Europe and International addresses please refer to the Royal Mail website and select your country for the most up to date and accurate information.

Insurance

All UK orders despatched on our standard 48hr service are covered up to the value of £75 and International orders up to £250. If your order value is between £75 and £500 and you would like additional cover please get in touch for a quote

Orders over £500 will be covered up to £750.00.

Customs / Duty

Retold does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and includes all countries in the European Union and the USA. All orders sent to countries in the EU and USA are now subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.

The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value so we advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.

There is a threshold which is the amount at which a person begins paying taxes based on the declared value of an item. Anything over that you will be subject to charges. Please note thresholds vary from country to country.

U.S.A orders

Due to tariffs now in place in the USA all customs and duty will need to be paid upfront before shipping. Once your order is placed we will be in touch with you directly on how to pay this. You have the opportunity at this point to cancel the order but please note once the import duty and tax has been paid these additional charges are non refundable.

Depending on the value we will ship your order using Royal Mail or UPS unless otherwise specified by you.

The buyer takes responsibility for all customs and duty charges applied and these are non refundable in the instance that you would like to return the item once received.

Lost / missing parcels.

Retold will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail / courier tracking number and proof of postage. Retold will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment.

Quarantine checks

Retold does not take responsibility for any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase.
