We ship worldwide using Royal Mail.

We offer three flat rate shipping services:

UK - £3.55 - Standard Royal Mail

Europe - £9.99 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service

Rest of the World - £15.99 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service

*UK only - For added peace of mind we also offer an option to upgrade to a Signed service for UK parcels (this doesn’t track but requires a signature on delivery) and a SPECIAL tracked and signed service for high value items. Please select the upgrade at the checkout.

How soon after despatch will i get my order?

UK Orders via Royal Mail take 2-3 working days.

Europe orders via Royal Mail 3-7 working days.

Rest of the World 7-15 working days.

International customs and quarantine

Retold does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax or any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase.

Lost / missing parcels.

Retold does not take responsibility for any deliveries that do not arrive and become lost or missing. Retold can provide proof of postage on Uk items and tracking on International services.


Due to the nature of pre-loved / vintage, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear and any major flaws will be highlighted in the online description. Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase and I am always able to provide further measurements and photos if requested.

Retold Vintage is happy to offer refunds for all online purchases. Please email me at clare@retoldvintage. com within 14 days of you receiving the item to request a refund. You will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to me safely.

Once we have received the item back and its been checked we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs or we are also happy to offer a credit to be used on the website.

All sales are final on Sale items unless the item is not as described and major faults have been missed.

All sales at markets are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.
