Launch times
New arrivals going online every Friday unless we have an exciting event or open studio taking place! Subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates of launch times so you don’t miss out and turn on notifcations on Instagram.
Refunds
We totally get it, shopping online and especially for vintage has its challenges! This is why Retold is happy to offer refunds for all full price online purchases if once you receive your piece, it’s not quite right . Visit our returns policy page for our full details.
Express checkout
Items can go quick so we always recommend setting up an account here on retoldvintage.com where you can securely pre-save your payment details and address. Please note when items are added to your cart it won’t automatically reserve / hold them so having all your details pre-saved will make checkout extra speedy. If you buy multiple items we will of course combine postage and refund you excess charges.
Shipping
Retold ships worldwide! However for our lovely customers in the EU there are now new rules and regulations in place regarding customs and duty. Visit our shipping page for full details including postage charges before committing to purchase.

The beauty of vintage is it’s truly unique and one off however we totally understand that also means many of you will be disappointment if you miss out on a piece you had your eye on. Do take advantage of our waitlist feature, simply submit your email at the bottom of the listing and if the item gets returned we will be in touch and you will have a second chance to purchase.
Early access
Enjoy being first in line? Us too! Retold subscribers get to enjoy early access to peruse and shop exclusive collections and collaborations. We simply email you prior to the launch with a unique password and leave the rest to you. Subscribe to our mailing list to enjoy this exclusive benefit.

Where can I use my gift card?
Cards can be redeemed online only, unfortunately at this point we are unable to accept at pop-ups.
Will my card expire?
Nope! Your gift card can be redeemed at anytime and will never expire.
How do i use my gift card?
At checkout, simply enter the gift cards unique code. The value of the gift card’s will be subtracted from the order total. This includes tax and shipping.
Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?
Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Absolutely! You can apply multiple gift cards to an order, no problem.
Can I get a refund for my gift card If i change my mind?
Yes absolutely. We can cancel and refund unused gift cards no problem. Unfortunately partially used gift cards or gift cards that were issued as part of an exchange can't be refunded sorry
