Retold is happy to offer refunds for full price online purchases.

Returns - general vintage collections.

Please email us clare@retoldvintage.com within 14 days of you receiving the item to request a refund. Any request made outside this period will not be accepted.

All original Retold tags must still be attached for a return to be accepted.

For collaborations, returns will be based on the policy owned by the brand we are collaborating with and you should refer to their website for further details or see below.

Due to the delicate nature of these items we ask you to take extra care and please kindly avoid wearing sharp jewellery that may catch on the fabrics and please avoid make-up or self tan products that may mark when trying them on.

Retold is happy to offer refunds for all full price online purchases and garments must be returned with original tags intact and in the condition it was sent in.

Retold are not liable for any additional damage that incurs whilst the item is in your care and any marks / damage noted will be subject to a cleaning / repair fee on return and may affect the validity of the refund.

All original Retold tags must still be attached for a return to be accepted.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. Once we have received the item back and it’s been checked, we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs or we are also happy to offer a credit to be used on the website.

Please note all refunds are processed Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Due to being a small business we would appreciate all items to be sent back within 7 days of us approving the return.

International / EU Returns:

We advise you to label all returns as RETURNED GOODS as this can help avoids any customs / duty being applied (although please note this may not always avoid charges, this is beyond our control and comes down to HMRC customs and duty checks.) As a small business we are unable to absorb these costs and you will be liable for any associated duty / customs charges when sending an item back. Any charges that do get applied will be deductible from your refund, if refused the item will be returned back to you at your own expense.

Sale items

All sales are final on discounted items and non-refundable.

Open Studio

All sales at at our Open Studio including our bridal pieces are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.

External events

All sales at markets / pop ups / external events are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.
