Vintage Chanel suit

Iconic vintage day suit by Chanel in a soft and unstructured design. Jacket is long sleeved and collarless, two chest patch pockets and lovely panel work detail with gold tone CC-logo embossed buttons on front and cuffs. Soft curved hemline. Skirt is a slim fit knee length that sits high-waisted with zip up / button back. No pockets. Fully lined. An incredible versatile piece with opportunity to wear as separates as well as a suit. Dated to 1985.

Size Small - 6-8.

Jacket; chest 38” / length 28” / sleeve length 16” / shoulder width 15.5” / sleeve length 18”. Skirt; waist 26” / hips 36” / length 26”

Fit notes: Sube is 5”10 / size 6—8 and suit is a good fit.

No fabric label but known to be a wool ponte / jersey. Excellent condition with no major flaws. Only point to note is the zipper pull tag has gone from the skirt (still fully functioning however).
